Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Once processed, orders are forwarded to our fulfillment partners and cannot be modified or canceled.

International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations.

Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs processing.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

 


 

Shipping Delays

Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • High order volume

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

We are not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been dispatched.

 


 

Order Tracking

Tracking information is provided once the order has shipped.

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure successful delivery.

 


 

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Reshipping costs must be covered by the customer, or

  • The order may be refunded excluding original shipping costs

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect address information.

 


 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

 


 

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for items pass to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.
